By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MarkdownViewer is a free, open-source mobile application that allows you to view and read markdown documents on iOS and Android devices. The App supports rendering of mermaid diagrams, LaTeX math, syntax-highlighted code blocks, tables, footnotes, and other markdown extensions.
The App's source code is available on GitHub and is distributed under the terms of its open-source license. Your use of the source code is governed by that license. These Terms govern your use of the compiled application distributed through app stores.
The App processes markdown files that you choose to open. Your documents remain on your device and under your control. The App does not upload, share, or transmit your documents to any server (except to GitHub when you explicitly initiate a repository sync, and only to download files from GitHub, never to upload your local files).
The App offers an optional feature to sync markdown files from GitHub repositories. When using this feature:
api.github.com and raw.githubusercontent.com.The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers of MarkdownViewer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

MarkdownViewer, iOS ve Android cihazlarda markdown belgelerini görüntülemenize ve okumanıza olanak tanıyan ücretsiz, açık kaynaklı bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama; mermaid diyagramları, LaTeX matematik, sözdizimi vurgulu kod blokları, tablolar, dipnotlar ve diğer markdown uzantılarının işlenmesini destekler.
Uygulamanın kaynak kodu GitHub'da mevcuttur ve açık kaynak lisansı koşulları altında dağıtılmaktadır. Kaynak kodu kullanımınız bu lisans tarafından yönetilir. Bu Koşullar, uygulama mağazaları aracılığıyla dağıtılan derlenmiş uygulama kullanımınızı yönetir.
Uygulama, açmayı seçtiğiniz markdown dosyalarını işler. Belgeleriniz cihazınızda kalır ve sizin kontrolünüz altındadır. Uygulama, belgelerinizi herhangi bir sunucuya yüklemez, paylaşmaz veya iletmez (açıkça bir depo senkronizasyonu başlattığınızda GitHub'a bağlanması hariç ve yalnızca GitHub'dan dosya indirmek için, asla yerel dosyalarınızı yüklemek için değil).
Uygulama, GitHub depolarından markdown dosyalarını senkronize etmek için isteğe bağlı bir özellik sunar. Bu özelliği kullanırken:
api.github.com ve raw.githubusercontent.com adreslerine bağlanır.Uygulama, satılabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya ihlal etmeme garantileri dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmaksızın, açık veya zımni herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sağlanmaktadır.
Şunları garanti etmiyoruz:
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, MarkdownViewer geliştiricileri, Uygulama kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan veya bununla bağlantılı olarak ortaya çıkan veri kaybı, kar kaybı veya iş kesintisi dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmaksızın, dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai tazminatlardan hiçbir durumda sorumlu olmayacaktır.
Uygulamayı (veya herhangi bir bölümünü) herhangi bir zamanda haber vermeksizin değiştirme, askıya alma veya durdurma hakkını saklı tutarız. Uygulamanın herhangi bir değişikliği, askıya alınması veya durdurulması için size veya herhangi bir üçüncü tarafa karşı sorumlu olmayacağız.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler, güncellenmiş bir revizyon tarihi ile bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır. Herhangi bir değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni Koşulların kabul edilmesi anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı hükümleri dikkate alınmaksızın, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yönetilecek ve yorumlanacaktır.
